The Washington State Client Assistance Program is a private non-profit organization funded by the Federal Government under the 1973 Rehabilitation Act as amended.
Rehabilitation Act, Section 112. ( c ) (1) (A) “The Governor shall designate a public or private agency to conduct the client assistance program under this section.”
Board of Directors
As a non-profit, The Client Assistance Program has a board of directors. The Board maintains a mailing address at 2531 Rainier Avenue South, Seattle, WA 98144.
The purpose of the Board is to set policy and provide program oversight to The Client Assistance Program. The Board approves the CAP annual budget and appoints the CAP Executive Director.
